I once asked a frog what he thought time was.

He said that time was completely relative, that it was all in our minds.  He said that when things happen, they just happen.  You can’t go back in time to a certain point, because that point doesn’t exist.  It’s still the same point; it’s just different now.  Things happen and then other things happen.  Time is what we make it.  It’s merely a way of measuring when things happen.  He said that a second to me might seem like a thousand to him.  The concept of time is just something that our brains need to hold onto for fear of the universe hurtling out of control.  He said it’s all in our heads.

Then I asked a duck what he thought time was.

He said that time was an unstoppable force, always driving forward and taking the universe with it.  He said that every second is infinitely different.  When one moment comes, the previous moment is gone forever.  The next moment, all of history has been leading up to.  No one can stop time, because it’s like a river- constantly flowing.  He said that all of existence is like a movie.  When something happens, there was nothing that you could have possibly done to prevent it.  You could have prevented it before it happened, but since you didn’t, it was always eternally destined to happen, because it did happen.

Then I asked a cow what he thought time was.

He said, “Moo.”

Those cows aren’t very open-minded, are they?
A thing I did. For school, probably.
